How does access to 143 Maxwell work?
The day of the event, you will receive a key code that will allow you access to the space during your allotted rental time. There is no representative of 143 Maxwell present during your event.

What are the rental time slots?
Friday through Sunday, the space is available in either 6 hour time slots or 12 hour time slots. Mondays through Thursdays, it is available in 3 hour time slots. Additional hours can be added dependent on availability.

How many people does the space hold?
Depending on the style of your event, the space can accommodate up to 110 people.

Is there parking?
Yes! There is a private parking lot to the right of the building with 10 spaces. Additionally, there are multiple parking lots surrounding the building that are free after 5PM.

What is included with the rental?
Included in the rental are (6) 60" round tables and 48 dining chairs.

Do you have a kitchen?
Yes! We have a kitchenette included in your rental complete with counter space, a full refridgerator, and a farm sink.

Do you offer any additional rentals?
Yes! We have additional dining chairs as well as some various sized tables available to rent. Request our rental packet to learn more.

Do you require specific vendors?
No. You are free to bring in your own vendors. However we know the planning process can be overwhelming so we have compiled a list of some of our trusted vendors that we will share with you upon booking.

Do you offer photography rates?
Yes! We love having photographers in our space! Reach out today to learn more!
 

Will you setup our layout prior to the rental?
No we do not do layout setups. However, we are happy to send various layouts we have mocked up to show you ideas on how to use the space. You are welcome to move the tables and chairs around but we kindly ask that you move them back to where you found them before the end of your rental.
